.In the beggining we made 6 groups by 4 to 5 people and by group we have to make 12 to 15 circuits
The name of our group is Los Sin Nombres and I´m with Parabhjot, Carlos, Mariane ang Roger.
I am the online computer, Parabhjot is the secretary, Carlos is the coordinator, Mariane is the speaker and Roger is the P.E inventor. Our group name is LOS SIN NOMBRE,
Me, Parabhjot and Mariane we take so many pictures of our circuit, and helping all of our classmates, Carlos and Roger were helping, encouraging the classmates and teaching them how to do the exercise.
We have decided that the groups of the circuit are couples, and the duration was like 30 minuites and 2 times.
The exercises we have done are: Lateral hops 10 times, Side shoulder 10 times, Push up 15 times, Jump in the rope 20 times, Burpees 5 times, Bicycle crunches 7 times, Lunges 15 times, Plank 2 times, Jump in the bench 10 times, Squats 10 times , Vups 5 times and Row 10 times.

DIFFICULTIES
We had to control all the stations, see if all the couples did well, 2 people were watching if the others did well, 1 person controlled the time, 1 person made photos of what they did and the other person what they did was encourage and help everyone.
WHAT DID I LEARN?
In these days doing the circuit I have learned to work well with the group, to organize more well, I have been able to learn and I have reviewed the exercises we have done. I have learned many exercises, and I liked them a lot.
OPINION
My opinion of this is that it is very good to make these circuits because that way we learn more and that it is good for our body doing these circuits.
